Why there’s “NO ECG DEVICE DETECTED” message shown on the computer?
1. It happens at first-time use.
At first time use, it takes a few minutes for Windows Update on USB Serial Converter and USB Serial Port. Please wait until the Windows Update is complete to begin operation.
2.The ECG-D12 is not well connected to the computer.
Please check if the USB cable is well connected between ECG-D12 and the computer.
